Spending the majority of his life in the Outer Banks Kyle grew up calling eastern North Carolina home. While being the head of his home Kyle has built Christian Hart Homes from the ground up. He wears many hats, dad, papa, CEO and many more, all of which he fully thrives in. When he isn’t focused too intensely on a project, you can normally catch him cracking a joke, one he plans to use any chance he gets!

This girl is a Wilmington native through and through. While raising four outstanding children, Karen successfully runs a thriving real estate business all while being a talented hairstylist and the go-to woman for all things interior design. She is always on the go but in her free time you can probably find her with her feet up somewhere on Wrightsville Beach, the place she calls home.

Yes we have a talented group of designers to offer to design your dream home.
What if we already have our own house plans?
We will be glad to work with your plans. We will verify the plans are designed to meet our current design standards and also wind code requirements since here on the coast we are required to build with hurricanes in mind.
Does your company provide lots to build our dream home on?
Yes we do have lots available but that might also depend on our current inventory.
